While considering the massive amount of effort that goes into creating a believable fantasy language, I had to recall where I heard the first one.
I do believe the first time I was conscious of one would be the book and then the movie, “A Clockwork Orange”.

The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.”
